Tucked into the rolling hills outside Arrowtown, this home takes its cues from the rugged Central Otago vernacular, sharpened with a contemporary edge. Two bold, schist-clad gables anchor the composition - housing the main Living areas, Master Suite, Garage, and grand Games Room. These are juxtaposed against a low-slung Guest wing that quietly settles into the hillside behind.

The approach is deliberate, arriving at a formal Entry court and a sheltered, dramatic entryway. From here, the house opens up with north facing Living areas and a west facing Loggia space that effortlessly blurs the lines between inside and the vast alpine landscape beyond.
